Each January Sydney Festival shakes up our city with a summer festival of art, music, dance, theatre and immersive experiences. We are proud of our long history of commissioning ground-breaking new Australian art, and we're equally proud to be a great place to work, with many of the seasonal team members returning year after year.
The team, which swells to over 100 during festival season, is tight, and the environment supportive. We're seeking a vibrant, arts-loving Marketing Campaign Coordinator to help bring Sydney Festival 2026 to life. You’ll be part of a passionate team, supporting the rollout of multi-channel campaigns, coordinating with designers and media partners, and keeping timelines and tasks on track.
What we're looking for:
You’re a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. You love a good to-do list, ask smart questions, and make sure briefs are clear and deadlines are met. Whether it’s managing signage, supporting digital campaigns or liaising with artists and venues, you bring energy, flexibility and a problem-solving mindset to everything you do.

We're on the hunt for a top drawer Digital Marketing Coordinator to help make our 50th festival a knockout. Join our passionate marketing team and be tasked with populating and maintaining our website, building our regular e-newsletters, and supporting on social media, digital advertising, promotional campaign tasks and more.
What we're looking for:
• Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign delivery, preferably within the arts
industry.
• Love of the performing arts.
• Digital literacy, with excellent administrative, project management and time management skills.
• Great communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team
environment
• Positive, problem-solving approach to stakeholder management.
• Experience with website CMS, email platforms, social media channels and Google
Analytics highly regarded.
