Newly opened, Folio Bar is the premiere theatre bar in Sydney. Inspired by moody, late night Broadway hangouts like Sardis and Bemelmans Bar at The Carlyle, Folio bar is the perfect place to grab a pre-show cocktail and a light bite or settle in for that rousing post-show conversation. The destination bar will be led by bar partner, award-winning bartender, and former owner of This Must be the Place, Charlie Ainsbury. Located just off the foyer of Roslyn Packer Theatre, Folio Bar represents a new era for live performance hospitality.
