Newly opened and well worth a visit, Folio Bar is the sexiest new theatre bar in Sydney. Inspired by moody, late night Broadway hangouts like Sardis and Bemelmans Bar at The Carlyle, it's led by bar partner, award-winning bartender and former owner of This Must be the Place, Charlie Ainsbury.

Nestled just off the foyer of Roslyn Packer Theatre, Folio Bar's luscious textures and colour-block decor is bold to the point of bad ass. Is it burgandy? Is it mulberry? Is it eggplant, or maybe oxblood? Battle out the semantics between the claret columns, with a cocktail in hand of course.
