One of Sydney's premier commercial theatre venues, the Theatre Royal has been the home of shows from world renowned plays such as The Importance of Being Earnest, The Woman in Black and The Hollow Crown to mega-musicals, such as the Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Cats, Rent, Dirty Dancing, My Fair Lady and more recently the phenomenal long-running musical - Jersey Boys. It is located in the MLC Centre, in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

Public Transport Information
Train: Martin Place is the closest station to the MLC Centre and Theatre Royal, however, St James, Wynyard and Town Hall are also within easy walking distance www.cityrail.nsw.gov.au

Car park Facilities
The car park at the MLC Centre is run by Wilson Parking and is the nearest car park to the Theatre Royal - please note this is a public car park. The entrance is right beside the theatre on King Street. Lifts run directly from the car park to the theatre (get off on level 6 for the Box Office, Main Lobby and Stalls seating & level 7 for the Dress Circle).
Wilson Parking offers permanent and casual parking, early bird specials, and flat rates after hours and at weekends. For theatre patrons attending weekday performances, present your theatre ticket on entry to receive a discounted flat rate for the day (refer to the current rates sheet in the link above). Parking spaces are subject to availability.
