Parramatta Park
Parramatta Park is one of Australia's most important cultural landscapes is located on the Parramatta River, on the western edge of the Parramatta CBD.
Public Transport
Train - Parramatta train station is serviced by the Western (Emu Plains/Richmond-North Sydney) and Cumberland (Campbelltown-Blacktown) services. Suburban and Intercity trains depart frequently throughout the day. Parramatta Station is 600m from Parramatta Park (approx 30 minute walk). Westmead Station is 200m from the event site (approx 15 minute walk).
Bus - Parramatta bus terminal is located next to the train station, and is connected to the T-Way. Many bus companies service the surrounding suburbs and beyond.
Ferry - the Sydney Rivercat departs wharf No 5 at Circular Quay. The Rivercat stops along the Parramatta River. From the wharf, turn left into Charles Street, then turn right and walk down George Street. The easy walk from the wharf to the George Street Gatehouse takes approx 15 minutes.

Car Parking for event
Parking can be found adjacent to the swimming pool in O'Connell St. Parking meters operate in this location and payment is required. Other parking is available onsite. Please refer to the map.
Access
Enter from Pitt St. Accessible parking and drop off zones are located outside Old Government House, where you will be directed and assisted by Sydney Festival marshalls. Please allow plenty of time. There is a reserved accessible viewing area. Phone 8248 6500 for further information.
