Enmore Theatre

The Enmore Theatre is one of Sydney's oldest operating entertainment venues. It is located on Enmore Road, Enmore (the closest cross street is Simmons St).

The venue comprises three sections. The Stalls, The Lounge and The Dress Circle. The Stalls can either be reserved seating or seats can be removed to create a general admission dance floor. Both the Lounge and the Dress Circle are reserved seats.

Access
Wheelchair access is available for the Enmore Theatre.

Restaurants and Bars
The Box Office Café (located within the Theatre complex) is a great place to meet before the show for a coffee. Its booth seating and Art Deco feel set the mood for any occasion. The café is open 7 days a week.

Public Transport
Train - the theatre is a 3 minute walk from Newtown train station on King Street. Newtown station is 3 stops from Central, where Newtown trains depart from Platform 19.

Bus - routes 423, 426 and 428 via Circular Quay and Central Station stop directly in front of the Theatre. Routes 422, 352 and 355 (from Bondi Junction) and 370 from (Coogee to Leichhardt) both stop at Newtown Railway Station on King St. The station is a 3 minute walk down Enmore Rd.

Car Parking
It is not advisable to attempt to find street parking immediately around the Enmore Theatre. There is street parking in Gladstone St near the railway line and around Enmore Park off Enmore Rd, a 10 minute walk from the Enmore. There are several council parking areas in walking distance of the theatre.
