How to get there
Sydney Symphony Under the Stars takes place at The Crescent, Parramatta Park. Information on how to get to there by car or public transport can be found here.
If you are driving, the best place to park are the public parking stations on Hunter Street. Parramatta Park will be closed to car traffic from 3.00pm, including the car park onsite.
Entry into the venue will depend on your allocated colour section. Please see the site map for where the designated entry point is for your colour section.
When to arrive
We recommend arriving early to The Crescent, Parramatta Park. Gates open at 6.00pm, 2 hours before performance begins.
You’ll need to check in using the Service NSW app for COVID safety. We recommend downloading the app before arriving.
On your ticket you will find an allocated colour section (pink, red, blue etc.) that will indicate where you will be seated. Check the site map for where the designated entry point is for your colour section.
Gate 1 - Yellow and Red ticketholders
Gate 2 - Purple and Silver ticketholders
Gate 3 - Green ticketholders
Gate 4 - Pink, Blue and Black ticketholders
Once you are checked in you will be given a coloured wristband and directed to your section. Please follow instructions from the Sydney Festival team. Seats in your section are general admission, and it is advised to arrive early to secure your preferred seat.
What to bring
The Crescent at Parramatta Park is an all-weather venue which proceeds rain or shine. Come prepared for all weather conditions.
Chairs are also provided (low level beach chairs), so you don’t need to bring your own seating as this has been provided for you.
In line with NSW Government regulations, all patrons aged 13 and over will also need to wear a face mask at this venue so please bring your own face mask and wear it at all times.
