Little sister to the iconic The Restaurant Pendolino, La Rosa The Strand profiles premium boutique Italian wines, hand-picked annually by owner and executive chef Nino Zoccali, and group sommelier, Cristian Casarin.
The restaurant celebrates high quality local ingredients and shines a spotlight on artisanal age-old Roman cooking methods, presenting a unique and authentic Roman dining experience with popular dishes including Petuna Salmon Carpaccio, Roman Ravioli Cacio e Pepe, and Gaeta Red Snapper and Salt Fish Pie with Pickled Turnip and Spinach.
All breads and pastas are hand-made daily in-house.
