Dodecalis Luminarium
ARCHITECTS OF AIR AND INSITE ARTS | UK/AUSTRALIA

Explore an immense, radiantly lit, inflated labyrinth of winding paths and soaring domes in Darling Harbour’s Tumbalong Park.

Wander through the otherworldly interior of the Dodecalis Luminarium bathed in the radiant colours of daylight shining through its translucent fabric.

Architects of Air create enormous air-filled domes and mazes inspired by natural forms, geometric solids, and Islamic and Gothic architecture. Designers Alan and Meko Parkinson’s creation expands on the geometry of a dodecahedron, with three jaw-dropping Dodecadomes joined by a web of tunnels, awash in intense, neon-bright natural light.

There are two different ways you can experience the sensory wonderland of Dodecalis Luminarium.

Everyone can queue for free access between 10am and 6pm Monday to Wednesday and 10am to 5pm Thursday to Sunday. But if you wish to avoid the queues, guarantee your visit and spend extra time exploring the luminescent domes and winding paths, we recommend securing a spot in a ticketed session with a $20 Priority Ticket.

Half hour ticketed sessions take place at 9am, 9.30am, 6.30pm and 7pm Monday to Thursday; 9am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6pm, 6.30pm (ages 16+ only) and 7pm (ages 16+ only) on Fridays; and 9am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6pm, 6.30pm and 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Tickets are limited for each half hour session, so book your slot early to avoid disappointment!

Dedicated relaxed sessions are available on 16 and 23 January, 9am and 9.30am. To register for either of these session times, CLICK HERE.
