Sydney Festival shows win 6 Green Room Awards 

We would like to to congratulate all of this year’s winners, and specifically everyone associated with two shows from Sydney Festival 2012 – Meow Meow’s Little Match Girl and Chunky Move/Opera Victoria's Assembly.

Little Match Girl took out four gongs in the Cabaret section for Meow Meow (Artiste), Iain Grandage (Musical Direction), Marion Potts (Director) and Outstanding Production. A hearty congrats to producers Malthouse Theatre and Meow Meow Revolution.

In the Dance section, Gideon Obarzanek took out the Betty Pounder Award for Choreography for Assembly, and the entire cast won the Award for Performance. Congrats to Chunky Move and Victorian Opera, as well as presenters, Melbourne Sydney and Brisbane festivals.
