Evocative and occasionally heart-wrenching...Yamma writes songs combining deep sadness with a remarkable beauty.' Limelight Magazine

Out of the Central Australian desert comes a voice striking a chord in the hearts of Australians. Frank Yamma's rich evocative voice and exceptional guitar skills combined with his brutally honest tales are spine tingling.

When Yamma sings, you listen and travel with him. An initiated Pitjantjatjara man, he sings in his native language and English. His mighty songs, magical guitar playing and deeply arresting voice are all there in his compelling new album, Countryman, produced with David Bridie.
