Meem is a celebrated local music producer and DJ who has performed alongside acts such as Thievery Corporation, Groove Armada, Jamie Lidell, M.I.A, People Under The Stairs, Girl Talk and Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings. His diverse, fun and upbeat sets blend music from all genres. A love of Funk music (in all its forms) is the backbone but also expect disco, boogie, hip hop, afrobeat, african, reggae, soul, jazz, hillbilly, jump blues, swing, mash-ups and breaks.
Playing free late night sets in The Idolize Spiegeltent Friday 13, Sunday 15 and Thursday 19 - Sunday 22 from 11pm till late.
Meem is also playing at the Old Kings School Site for Parra Opening Party, 14th January from 7pm.
