State Theatre
The State Theatre is a traditional theatre located on Market Street (between George and Pitt Streets) in Sydney's CBD. The State Theatre has hosted some of Sydney Festival's biggest acts in recent years. All seating is reserved.

Restaurants and Bars
The State Theatre operates bar facilities on each level of the theatre. Bars offer a full range of beers, wines and spirits whilst the candy bar on the ground floor offers a selection of sweets and snack foods. All food and beverage facilities are open approximately one hour prior to performance and during intervals. There are also several restaurants located on Pitt Street, within walking distance of the State Theatre.
Public Transport
The State Theatre is within walking distance of major bus routes on George Street, as well as Town Hall and St James train stations. It is also less than 1km walk from the ferry terminals at Circular Quay.

Car Parking
There is a Secure Parking station at 383 Kent Street between King and Market Streets.
