Gotye is the music-making mantle of award-winning songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, Wally De Backer.

For Sydney Festival, Gotye will showcase material from his highly anticipated new album, in an arresting audiovisual experience created from a kaleidoscope of sounds and projections.

Incorporating material from his back catalogue, including his much-lauded album Like Drawing Blood, Gotye will traverse post-apocalyptic sonic landscapes to 60s soul-inspired pop pastiches in a show that is as varied and unique as his studio experiments.
