The Australian Children's Music Foundation’s National Songwriting Competition is the largest competition of its kind in Australia, unearthing talented young musicians from across the nation.
A selection of winning entries, arranged and conducted by maestro George Ellis, will be performed by the Australian Youth Choir alongside some of the songwriters themselves. Taking place in Hyde Park throughout the afternoon, look out for an unexpected encounter with the future voices of Australian music.
Performances will be taking place at 2.50pm and 4pm.
