His self-released debut album For Emma, Forever Ago, has received critical acclaim, including 5/5 reviews and 'album of the month' ratings in both Mojo and Uncut magazines (UK).

Bon Iver's delicate, spare and atmospheric music showcases Vernon's soulful and emotive falsetto to perfection, and the band's live show has both critics and audiences raving.

Saw Bon Iver last night and it was heartbreakingly beautiful. Amazing at the City Recital Hall as there was fantastic acoustics and his music just reverberated right into your soul. I feel sorry for people who won't be able to experience this amazing concert.
